Our Rental Rates
Depending on the period between € 745 and € 2,110 per week
All included in our rates:
- Water and electricity (reasonable consumption)
- Departure cleaning fee
- For a rental of several weeks: discount of 80€/week
City Hospitality taxe, Sheets & Towels, Damage deposit:
- The city Hospitality tax in 2023 is : 2,30€/night/adult
- If you prefer, we can provide sheets and towels (beds made up for your arrival), optional fee of €20/person
- A €500 damage deposit will be required
Confirmation of your booking:
Upon receipt of your booking request using our online form, an estimate as well as a rental contract will be sent and your booking dates will be held. You will then have 8 days to confirm your booking by returning the signed contract and payment of the deposit (25%), either by email and bank transfer or by post.
Payment of the balance due for your booking:
The rates for your booking as well as the deposit will need to reach us at the latest 8 days before your arrival.
Upon arrival
Upon confirmation of your booking, we will provide you with the telephone number and email of our local contact. We suggest you communicate at least 8 days before your booking starts so you can arrange to meet on the day of your arrival at the property.
Cancellation terms:
- Cancellation more than 90 days before the beginning of your stay: 100% of deposit paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 60 and 90 days before the beginning of your stay: 75% of deposit paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before the beginning of your stay: 50% of deposit paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the beginning of your stay: deposit paid will be retained in its entirety.

Check-in and check-out and other conditions:
- Check-in generally after 4:00 pm and check-out before 10:00 am. Depending on booking and cleaning schedule, check-in and check-out may be "negotiable".
- For the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that smoking only be done outside. We regret that our animal friends can not be accommodated.
- For comfort and insurance reasons, we can not accept more than 8 people during the stay.
